To share the mission of Encore through storytelling to attract more partners.

Objective

Highlight the mission, vision and values of Encore through one company story and then create social clips to drive attention to the longer form video. The HERO stories were told to give an authentic preview of the heart and soul of the wound care nurses on the frontline team and the impact they have on the community. The assets were so closely aligned to what Encore was looking for that they signed on for more projects to share more stories and continue spreading this message.

Strategy

Dash Media captured real stories from frontline nurses through cinematic interviews and on-site filming, then extended the narrative through short-form social content designed to increase visibility and engagement.

Result

One overall company 3-minute video, two 2-minute Hero videos, 20 social media videos.
